Review your subscription, renewal state, and expiration date. The expiration field shows when access renews or ends.

  • Tap View Subscription Options to start a plan if you are not active yet.
  • Tap Manage Subscription to change or cancel an existing plan in the App Store.
  • Tap Restore Purchases if a plan you already bought is not showing up — after reinstalling the app or switching to a new device.

Payment issues

If the App Store cannot charge your payment method at renewal, this screen shows a Payment issue warning along with the date your access ends. You keep streaming during this time — the App Store retries the payment for a few days first.

Tap Update Payment Method to fix your card or billing details in the App Store. Once the payment goes through, the warning clears on its own and your subscription renews normally.

If the retries run out before you update your payment method, the warning changes to Payment failed and livestreaming is locked until the payment succeeds. Your plan is not canceled — updating your payment method restores access.
