Use the Go Live tab to configure teams, video settings, and streaming destination before entering the Broadcaster Camera View.

Select Live Stream Step

Before You Start

  1. Add at least one Live Stream destination in the Live Streams Tab.
  2. Create your Home and Away teams in the Teams Tab.
  3. Add any custom messages or Celly Stickers in the Messages Tab.

Starting with a Live Stream Endpoint

  1. Choose a saved endpoint. Optionally tap Speed Test to check your connection.
  2. Select the sport.
  3. Pick Home and Away teams.
  4. Configure device name, Remote Control, and Remote Cameras.
  5. On the confirmation step, review Hockey ScoreBug settings (hockey only): enable or disable Show Clock, Quick Control Bar, Show Shots on Goal, and alignment.
  6. Review FPS and Quality; adjust if needed.
  7. Tap Go Live to open the Broadcaster Camera View.
  8. Tap Play/Pause on the control bar to start the broadcast in Standby. Standby sends the intermission screen with muted audio.
  9. Tap Play to unmute and broadcast the live camera feed to viewers.

Starting with a Connected Account

  1. Choose a signed-in account (YouTube or Twitch).
  2. For YouTube, fill in title, description, and privacy. Optionally tap Speed Test to check your connection.
  3. Select the sport.
  4. Pick Home and Away teams.
  5. Configure device name, Remote Control, and Remote Cameras.
  6. On the confirmation step, review Hockey ScoreBug settings (hockey only): enable or disable Show Clock, Quick Control Bar, Show Shots on Goal, and alignment.
  7. Review FPS and Quality.
  8. Tap Go Live to open the Broadcaster Camera View.
  9. Tap Play/Pause on the control bar to start the broadcast in Standby. Standby sends the intermission screen with muted audio.
  10. Tap Play to unmute and broadcast the live camera feed to viewers.

Starting with Local Recording Only

  1. Choose Record Locally Only.
  2. Select the sport.
  3. Pick Home and Away teams.
  4. Configure device name, Remote Control, and Remote Cameras.
  5. On the confirmation step, review Hockey ScoreBug settings (hockey only).
  6. Confirm FPS and Quality.
  7. Tap Start Recording to open the Broadcaster Camera View.
  8. Tap Play/Pause on the control bar to start recording in Standby.
  9. Tap Play to record the live camera feed.

During the Broadcast

Connection Retry

If the connection to the server is lost, a dialog gives you three options:

  1. Reconnect: Attempt to reconnect to the server and go back to Standby.
  2. Start Recording: Switch to local recording only and continue the session without a network connection.
  3. Close Camera View: Terminate the stream and close the Broadcaster Camera View

Finish Up

  1. Tap Stop to end the broadcast.
  2. Tap Close to leave the Broadcaster Camera View.
