Use the Livestreams tab to configure MyTeamLive for YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, or any RTMP/RTMPS service.

Choosing a Service

  • YouTube supports on-demand and scheduled broadcasts. Stream directly with your account or configure a shared stream key. YouTube also makes it easy to download a copy of the video.
  • Shared YouTube channels require scheduling on the web and using a dedicated endpoint.
  • Twitch is on-demand; account streaming and endpoint streaming work similarly. Configure VOD settings on the web if you need replays.
  • Facebook events must be scheduled on the web, then paired with an endpoint in the app.
  • Other services work as long as you have an ingest URL and stream key.

Accounts

  1. Open Livestreams and tap Add Account.
  2. Choose YouTube or Twitch and sign in. You will be asked to grant MyTeamLive permissions to allow livestreaming.
  3. Tap Save.
  4. Use the list to refresh tokens or swipe to remove an account.

  3. Pick a service to auto-fill the ingest URL or choose Custom.
  4. Enter the URL (if needed) and stream key from your service. Both are required for YouTube, Twitch, and Facebook before Save enables.
  5. Tap Save.
  6. Tap an endpoint to edit it or swipe left to delete. The endpoint row shows the complete destination URL so you can confirm it before going live.
